About the role
Responsibilities
- Personal care, hygiene, and dressing/undressing
- Mobility support and assistance in daily activities
- Facilitating meals and cooking
- Play, activities, and participation in family and daily life
- Close supervision and monitoring both indoors and outdoors
- Contributing to safety, mastery, and positive experiences
- Following routines related to epilepsy and health
Requirements
- Experience with children is an advantage
- Experience with disabilities is positive but not required
- Interest in communication, AAC, or sign language
- Ability to swim and comfort in water
- Driver's license (Class B, automatic) is an advantage
- Good Norwegian language skills (oral and written)
- Reliable, flexible, and responsible personality
