About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as eating and personal hygiene
- Accompany the child in various activities
- Assist with communication and general daily follow-up
- Provide support during evenings, weekends, and nights, including awake night shifts
Requirements
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Clean police certificate
- Good proficiency in Norwegian and English
- Reliable, independent, and caring personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cerebral palsy or epilepsy
- Ability to integrate well into a family environment
