Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of these brands.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth-running day to day of the Merchandising department
• Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales plans and margin/profit targets
• Monitoring department performance and identifying opportunities or risks
• Working closely with Buying teams to successfully range plan for the department
• Participating in trade meetings with Heads of and Directors
• Evaluating department running, focusing on lead times and general performance
• Developing and managing a Merchandising Assistant (MA)
• Managing the WSSI and supporting trade plans

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or within a fashion retail Merchandising team
• Strong understanding of 20-something culture and the TOPSHOP/TOPMAN customer
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing weekly sales, stock, and intake
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
