Assistant Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Assist in building pre-season and in-season financial plans by SKU, category, and collection
• Own weekly and monthly reporting processes
• Analyze business performance including sales, inventory, and margin
• Identify risks and opportunities within owned product categories
• Manage initial store allocation and in-season replenishment processes
• Monitor inventory health including sell-through and weeks of supply
• Support new product launches and product lifecycle planning
• Champion data integrity and SKU-level accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Allocation
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to manipulate large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
