About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in building pre-season and in-season financial plans by SKU, category, and collection
- Own weekly and monthly reporting processes
- Analyze business performance including sales, inventory, and margin
- Identify risks and opportunities within owned product categories
- Manage initial store allocation and in-season replenishment processes
- Monitor inventory health including sell-through and weeks of supply
- Support new product launches and product lifecycle planning
- Champion data integrity and SKU-level accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Allocation
- Proficiency in Excel with ability to manipulate large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
