Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in coaching a competitive Division I program.
• Recruit qualified student-athletes and promote Bryant University's academic and athletic programs.
• Assist with game planning and all aspects of program operations.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, America East Conference, and institutional regulations.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and provide necessary motivation or counseling.
• Help develop and implement clinics, summer camps, and on-campus tryouts.
• Promote sportsmanship and exemplify the University’s core values and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience in the sport of lacrosse.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit outstanding student-athletes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of related computer applications and video editing technology.
• Valid driver's license for travel purposes.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and commit to substantial travel.
