Assistant Men's & Women's Water Polo Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Men’s and Women’s Water Polo Coaches with team training, practices, and games.
• Support recruiting efforts while strictly adhering to NCAA and WWPA regulations.
• Manage administrative tasks including equipment management, record keeping, and fundraising.
• Assist in the development and implementation of various camps and clinics.
• Monitor student-athlete study tables and support academic success.
• Engage in community service and other activities that promote the University’s mission.

Requirements

• Prior playing or coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
• Proven ability to teach swimming and water polo skills and strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to meet the physical demands associated with coaching an intercollegiate athletic team.
