Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes
• Manage game-day coaching and practice preparation
• Maintain the program’s budget and implement strategic fundraising plans
• Monitor the athletic and academic progress of all participating student-athletes
• Collaborate with the Department of Athletics, including training staff, compliance, and media relations
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the College and the Northeast Conference (NCAA Division I)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous basketball coaching experience
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous collegiate basketball coaching experience
