Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years coaching or playing experience, High school or collegiate level experience
About the role
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III men's basketball program
- Collaborate closely with the Head Coach to foster a positive, academically focused, and competitive team culture
- Lead recruiting efforts to attract high-quality student-athletes
- Assist in student-athlete development and program administration
- Contribute to athletic department operations, including game day management and facility operations
- Uphold NCAA Division III, Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC), and institutional standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years of coaching and/or playing experience
- Experience at the high school or collegiate level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in NCAA Division III athletics
- Experience working at a residential liberal arts institution
