About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Meetings & Events team members and support the Head of Department with training, coaching, and mentoring
- Maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing enquiries and room reservations
- Maintain frequent and accurate communication with all related hotel departments
- Support Sales teams in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Drive a proactive sales culture to achieve budgeted revenues
- Follow up with guests to measure satisfaction and implement experience improvements
Requirements
- Proficiency in all Meeting & Events procedures
- Proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
- Experience in team member management
- Commercial awareness
- Strong communication abilities and attention to detail
