About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Meetings & Events team members and support the Head of Department with training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing enquiries and room reservations
  • Maintain frequent and accurate communication with all related hotel departments
  • Support Sales teams in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Drive a proactive sales culture to achieve budgeted revenues
  • Follow up with guests to measure satisfaction and implement experience improvements

  • Proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
