Assistant Medical Information Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers to build strong partnerships within company policy guidelines.
• Conduct effective customer visits to communicate and provide feedback on pharmaceutical information.
• Plan and organize various academic meetings and promotional activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report market and customer feedback through compliant company channels.
• Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and cross-functional business partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Execute new company initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Ensure all professional activities strictly adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, including anti-corruption laws.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High learning agility and a strong desire to continuously improve professional knowledge.
• Ability to self-motivate, embrace challenges, and manage work pressure effectively.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
