Assistant Medical Information Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers regarding product information within company policies and procedures.
• Conduct effective customer visits to build strong professional partnerships and achieve regional goals.
• Plan and organize various academic meetings and promotional activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report market and customer feedback through compliant company channels.
• Maintain effective communication with managers and cross-functional business partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through coaching and learning opportunities.
• Execute new company initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess good English language skills.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of teamwork awareness.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn, self-motivate, and manage pressure.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• High level of integrity with the ability to strictly follow company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations (including FCPA).
