Assistant Medical Information Communication Specialist - Inflammation & Immunology

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within the inflammation and immunology therapeutic area.
• Conduct effective customer visits to communicate and provide feedback on product information.
• Plan and organize various academic meetings and promotional activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report market and customer feedback through compliant company channels.
• Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and cross-functional business partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, including anti-corruption laws.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess good English language skills.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of teamwork awareness.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn, with a self-motivated approach to managing pressure.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• High level of integrity and commitment to professional compliance.
