Assistant Media and Communication Budget Project Manager (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Support the operational tracking of the communication budget in coordination with the Media Coordinator
• Monitor media invoicing and maintain updated media budget files
• Collaborate with various communication departments (Media, Event, PR, CRM & VM) to track communication invoices
• Assist project managers in preparing monthly closures by reviewing current and upcoming expenses
• Work with the management control team to reconcile budget tracking with invoices
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and update supplier files within SAP
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of Print, Display, OOH, and Social Media advertising campaigns
• Follow up on campaign asset post-production with agencies, including briefs and validation of proofs
• Monitor campaign launches and delivery in coordination with the media agency
• Draft the media newsletter in alignment with internal 360° communications

Requirements

• Experience or academic background in budget tracking and invoice monitoring
• Ability to support media campaign management and post-production workflows
• Proficiency in using SAP for creating POs and managing supplier data
• Strong organizational skills to manage retro-planning and meeting minutes
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal departments
