About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including purchase orders, reservations, and intermittent contracts
- Assist in the follow-up of French and international projects
- Manage logistics and organization for promotional schedules and artist visits
- Write pitches and arguments ahead of track releases
- Participate in the manufacturing process of promotional products
- Update databases and internal systems
Requirements
- Student in a Master's level program (Bac +4/5) from a business school or similar
- Passion for the music industry and knowledge of its key players and challenges
- Strong teamwork, reactivity, and organizational skills
- Excellent listening and synthesis skills to act as an information relay between departments
- Fluent English and proficiency in office software
