Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of candidate marketing initiatives, including awareness, education, and brand amplification.
• Execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, EDM, content, PR, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate with external partners including schools, government bodies, and learning providers to expand candidate reach.
• Drive programs that strengthen candidate trust and employability, such as verified credentials and skills-led propositions.
• Support candidate marketing events, community initiatives, and partnership activities to build engagement and generate leads.
• Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide reporting for all candidate marketing activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with country marketing, product, research, and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, or CRM, ideally within a digital marketplace or consumer internet business.
• Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in content, partnerships, community building, or events marketing.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and relevant candidate-facing campaigns.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data and insights to optimize campaign performance.
