Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor Dental portfolio performance and recommend strategies to achieve sales and gross margin goals
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, clinical education, trade marketing, and customer engagement channels
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and website management
• Build engagement programs for dentists, channel partners, DSOs, and key opinion leaders
• Plan and execute workshops, symposiums, conferences, and trade shows across India
• Manage relationships with channel partners, dental associations, agencies, and vendors
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, scientific content, and branding initiatives
• Analyze business and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness
• Support new product development by gathering Voice of Customer insights and managing successful launches

Requirements

• 6-10 years of marketing experience
• 3-4 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and commercial execution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making capability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, dental, or consumer products
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP
• Experience managing agencies, events, and channel marketing programs
