Responsibilities

• Define brand direction in alignment with company goals
• Develop and execute communication strategies for the rider fleet
• Create innovative methods to maximize communication reach to active riders
• Communicate product updates and company announcements to drivers
• Create creative assets for paid media to optimize performance
• Manage traffic growth across owned and social media channels
• Monitor social voices and utilize social listening insights
• Implement AI tools to optimize operations and team efficiency
• Utilize data analytics to refine strategic marketing plans
• Manage projects to improve communication workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, AI Marketing, or Project Management
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini
• Deep understanding of AI automation in marketing workflows
• Proficiency in analytics and Social Listening Tools
• Full professional fluency in Thai and English
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with experience in Query or Apps Script preferred
• Experience in companies with a delivery fleet is highly preferred
