Assistant Marketing & Communication B2B

Responsibilities

• Deploy local marketing actions and adapt regional/global campaigns for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
• Promote adhesive solutions through impactful approaches to encourage industrial customer adoption
• Support digital marketing activities including influencer collaborations, website optimization, and e-commerce projects
• Analyze digital performance and campaign results to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in organizing professional trade shows and technical days, including preparation and coordination
• Support daily team activities and sales teams through the creation of communication materials and management of promotional items
• Contribute to distributor engagement by developing dedicated marketing actions and support materials
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Business School or University, specializing in Marketing or Communication
• Ideally looking for an apprenticeship (alternance) with a rhythm of 1 week at school / 2 or 3 weeks in the company
• Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in B2B marketing or communication is preferred
• Native French speaker with an excellent level of English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and Canva
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment
