Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant - Business Consulting - Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of financial analysis and reporting methodologies
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making for client senior management
• Assist clients in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget analysis
• Drive process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC), and Record-To-Report (RTR)
• Design and implement dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key financial metrics
• Prepare and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Incorporate AI and advanced analytics into finance transformation initiatives to enhance decision-making

Requirements

• 3-4 years of recent relevant Finance Transformation and Financial Planning experience
• Proven experience in major finance transformation projects within a consulting or accounting organization
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, transactions, and tools
• Proficiency in designing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
• High-quality PowerPoint skills for executive-level communication
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional accounting or finance certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA)
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle implementation methodologies and ERP standard processes
