Assistant Manager/Manager | Valuation Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations using Income, Sales Comparison, and Cost approaches
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for financial reporting, loan security, and transaction advisory
• Build and maintain financial models including DCF, IRR, and NPV analysis
• Perform real estate market studies and demand-supply analysis
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide analytical support
• Ensure compliance with RICS Valuation Standards (Red Book) and IVS
• Conduct property inspections to evaluate location, condition, and legal aspects

Requirements

• MBA in Finance or M. Tech in Planning (Housing / Urban Planning)
• Strong experience in real estate valuations and cash flow projections
• Hands-on expertise in valuation workings and report writing
• Ability to independently handle and conclude assignments end-to-end
