Assistant Manager/Manager | Retail Consultancy & Services

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing strategic studies including market diagnostics, asset positioning, and trade mix strategies
• Support delivery of pitch materials and client proposals
• Convert strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverable schedules
• Target and recruit prospective brands and operators aligned with tenant mix strategies
• Manage brand pipelines and support commercial term negotiations
• Develop transaction materials, pitch decks, and site briefs
• Support site inspections, tours, and retailer communication
• Track market trends, brand movements, and landlord activity
• Maintain internal intelligence databases and market comparables

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Retail real estate industry
• Valid EAA license holder
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
