Assistant Manager/Manager | Real Estate Valuation

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and property inspections to assess physical condition and surroundings
• Prepare valuation reports for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties
• Develop financial models using DCF, income capitalization, and rental analysis
• Collect and analyze market data including rental rates and occupancy trends
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing
• Ensure compliance with IVS, RICS, and local regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas
• Basic understanding of real estate markets and valuation principles
• Analytical mindset with high numerical accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel for site visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with IVS, RICS, or local valuation frameworks
• Knowledge of Argus software
• Previous experience in real estate, finance, valuation, or consulting
