Responsibilities
- Conduct business development activities through direct contact, cold calling, and external industry platforms
- Assist senior brokers in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials and client lists
- Collect market information and maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database
- Manage transactions and coordinate with internal and external parties to complete property deals
- Prepare proposals and promotional documents to provide high-quality pre-sale and after-sale services
- Support department heads with various strategic business projects
Requirements
- University degree in real estate or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry
- Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents Authority (EAA) license
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork skills and experience in talent development
- Proficiency in business English
- Self-disciplined and responsible personality
