Assistant Manager/Manager | Leasing

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing transactions for industrial, logistics, and warehousing assets across Hyderabad
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and investors
• Advise clients on market rentals, absorption trends, vacancy levels, and deal structures
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and networking
• Conduct site inspections, negotiations, and deal closures
• Prepare leasing proposals, pitch decks, market reports, and financial analyses
• Track upcoming supply, infrastructure developments, and regulatory updates
• Support institutional mandates and large-format transactions
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of transactions

Requirements

• PGDM or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in industrial and warehouse leasing
• Mandatory exposure to the Hyderabad industrial real estate market
• Analytical and detail-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate complex, high-compliance environments
