About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client activities and requests for the Italian market, ensuring all deadlines are met and inquiries are resolved via the Sales team.
- Coordinate new client implementations, existing client change activities, and client terminations in line with company policies.
- Act as an escalation point for the servicing team to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Conduct regular Service Reviews with key clients and operational counterparties to ensure high standards of service.
- Collaborate with global servicing counterparts and internal partners to drive improvements to the global servicing platform and local processes.
- Maintain accurate and consistent records of all client interactions within Salesforce.
- Identify client service trends and evolve practices, policies, and standards based on client feedback.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a European Client Services position or a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
- Native Italian speaker with fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong operational background, specifically with knowledge of the Italian mutual fund and pension fund industries.
- Experience collaborating with international operations and customer-facing teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as IMC, IAC, or CFA Foundation.
- Knowledge of Sub-Advisory Business, distribution platforms, and transfer agency operations.
- Experience with segregated mandates servicing.
