Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Sales and Project Management OE (Power Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Execute system and component project activities following standard project management processes
• Ensure smooth handover to logistics teams for managing series supplies
• Update project status via Open Point Lists and present at management review meetings
• Escalate project or customer-specific topics to the leadership team for intervention
• Implement and monitor R&D costs, special earnings, and project budgets
• Monitor product cost, price, volume, and project budget utilization
• Contribute to resolving customer field issues and participating in internal QMM audits
• Initiate and communicate Engineering Changes to customers via ECM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Production, Electrical, or Electronics engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar industry and function
• Competency in SAP, MS Office, PPAP, and APQP processes
• Advanced knowledge of Diesel/alternative powertrain technologies and Engine Management Systems
• Understanding of product development life cycle and Bosch product portfolio
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with automotive projects is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
