Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the digitalization of production processes and lead the Smart Factory team to implement Industry 4.0 roadmaps.
• Act as the plant representative for local Process Management and strategic digitalization activities.
• Develop Industry 4.0 maturity assessments and conduct workshops to identify digital transformation measures.
• Manage the overall digitalization project portfolio for the plant, ensuring economical benefits for each project.
• Coordinate Citizen Development activities and the development of Digital Cell solutions.
• Report progress on Industry 4.0 maturity measures to plant management and align projects with regional and divisional hubs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of solid working experience in Operations, Functions, or Digitalization.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Lean Management.
• Strong understanding of IT architectures and IT system interrelationships.
• Expertise in Process Management with strong organizing and communication capabilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring skills, is preferred.
