Assistant Manager, WW Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Optimize Master Production Scheduling (MPS) for assigned portfolios at manufacturing plants and OEMs
• Perform scenario-based planning in Kinaxis and compare results with manufacturing financial projections
• Release Finished Goods (FG) work orders based on production consensus
• Manage Master Data setup in Kinaxis, Oracle JDE, and SAP SCM/S4 to ensure smooth planning processes
• Prepare global supply review decks, S&OE drumbeat decks, and monthly demand/production trend reports
• Analyze Backorder (BO) projections and provide mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Execute continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Monitor and report on key metrics including Backorder, Production Plan Attainment (PPA), and Plant OTIF

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering or a related supply chain field
• Exceptional analytical skills to drive complex supply planning
• Proficiency with Kinaxis, Oracle JDE, or SAP SCM/S4
