Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Ensure all goods are stored within temperature, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate stocking and rotation of incoming items, ensuring quantity and quality specifications are met
• Monitor expiry dates and maintain par levels to plan timely replenishment
• Manage inventory transactions exclusively through BirchStreet
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with UAE regulations and company policies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse staff while monitoring team performance
• Coordinate deliveries to outlets and transfers to the logistics center

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• At least 1 year of supervisory or assistant managerial experience in the hospitality or food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems such as Oracle, MMS, or BirchStreet
• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and safety standards
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or certifications in food safety and warehouse management
