About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor vendor invoice and payment cycles to ensure timely payments to consultants and vendors
- Coordinate with Project Managers, PMOs, Finance, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely approval of invoices and POs
- Track invoice status and proactively resolve any approval delays or discrepancies
- Maintain detailed tracking of invoice approvals, payment status, and issue resolution
- Support vendor contract coordination, including MSAs, NDAs, and SOW documentation
- Track vendor costs and assist with reconciliation and financial reporting activities
- Support vendor onboarding, operational coordination, and documentation management
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or finance operations
- Proven experience coordinating with Finance, Project Management, or Procurement teams
- Strong understanding of the vendor invoice lifecycle and payment coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with procurement or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba
