Assistant Manager | Valuation Services | Plant & Machinery

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of plant & machinery, industrial assets, and infrastructure using Cost and Market approaches
• Perform physical inspections of machinery to assess age, condition, and maintenance history
• Evaluate technical aspects including useful life, technological obsolescence, and process flows
• Estimate replacement costs, including import duties, freight, and installation
• Apply depreciation methodologies such as physical, functional, and economic obsolescence
• Gather market benchmark data and liaise with vendors and OEMs
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in compliance with IVS and RICS standards
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and assist senior valuers with presentations

Requirements

• Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• Exposure to industrial asset valuation and machinery assessment
• Ability to carry out inspections, valuation analysis, and reporting
• Capability to handle assignments independently
