About the role
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in developing and executing real estate valuation reports
- Perform thorough due diligence on property details
- Conduct site visits in Hong Kong or other countries to collect data for valuation and advisory reports
- Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- University degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience delivering valuation reports for diverse property types in Hong Kong or APAC
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and industry regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- Valuation experience from a Commercial Real Estate business or Lands Department
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS or MHKIS
- Proficiency in other Asian languages
