About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues and conduct research to prepare technical memos
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and the preparation of financial statements
- Support Managers and Associate Directors in managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the development of client proposals
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively while working within a team environment
- Identify engagement issues and research/benchmark client data against industry standards
Requirements
- Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA with experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and professional standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice as required
