About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues and conduct research to prepare technical memos
  • Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and the preparation of financial statements
  • Support Managers and Associate Directors in managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to the development of client proposals
  • Manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively while working within a team environment
  • Identify engagement issues and research/benchmark client data against industry standards

Requirements

  • Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA with experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and professional standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice as required
