Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and map core financial processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into tailored NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite using SuiteFlow, saved searches, and reports to enhance system functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ERP environment.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure effective system adoption.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation and consulting experience, specifically with financial modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and core financial business processes.
• Proficiency with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Expertise in business process mapping and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for leading discussions with stakeholders and end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or a formal finance background.
• Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, or other major ERP systems.
