About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues and conduct research to prepare technical memos
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and the preparation of financial statements
- Support Managers and Associate Directors in managing client relationships and project execution
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the development of proposals
- Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting standards and regulations
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively while working within a team environment
- Research and benchmark client data against industry standards to identify service opportunities
Requirements
- Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and professional standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- Willingness to travel on short notice as required
