Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Lead and develop the retail team through consistent coaching, roleplay, and feedback to foster a 360-degree coaching culture
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, networking, and maintaining a pipeline of high-caliber candidates
• Manage store operations including scheduling, timecards, payroll, and adherence to company policies
• Ensure the store maintains visual merchandising guidelines and delivers a superior client experience through event strategies and clienteling
• Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking to champion change and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving retail KPIs
• Experience in the luxury market, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different levels of the organization
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
