Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet individual and store baseline goals for KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, and UPT
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and personalized engagement
• Support the Store Manager in training and developing store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising guidelines and brand directives
• Manage personal timecards and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a consistent, superior client experience by utilizing client books and event strategies

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
• Experience in the luxury, travel, fashion, or lifestyle markets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong time management skills and a high sense of integrity
