About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
- Lead and develop the retail team through consistent coaching, roleplay, and feedback to foster a 360-degree coaching culture
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, networking, and maintaining a pipeline of high-caliber candidates
- Manage store operations including scheduling, timecards, payroll, and adherence to company policies
- Ensure the store maintains visual merchandising guidelines and delivers a superior client experience through event strategies and clienteling
- Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking to champion change and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving retail KPIs
- Experience in a luxury market, fashion, or lifestyle retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
