Assistant Manager - Transformation & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of global Supplier Operations KPI dashboards covering Payments, Onboarding, Sourcing, and Contracting.
• Translate business KPI definitions and operational logic into scalable data models and automated reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Reduce manual reporting effort by automating data extraction, transformation, and refresh cycles.
• Partner with service lines to capture, validate, and standardize KPI logic, calculation rules, and data sources.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Procurement Technology teams to align solutions with long-term architecture.
• Mentor team members on Power BI and analytics best practices to build internal capability.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and reporting governance.
• Experience translating complex operational processes into clear, automated analytics solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex data to business leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and shape solutions where processes are not yet standardized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Excel-based automation.
• Experience managing analytics initiatives from discovery through to BAU (Business As Usual) handover.
