Assistant Manager - Transactional Quality

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Quality SLAs and contractual agreements with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor assigned accounts daily to meet client SLAs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and capability building
• Manage manpower planning and the general administration of assigned processes
• Deploy and strengthen the Quality Assurance Framework for the business
• Perform capacity planning, baselining, and statistical validation of sample and accuracy targets
• Identify and raise early alerts regarding SLA breaches, risks, and regulatory or compliance requirements
• Prepare comprehensive team and client-related quality reports
• Complete the Six Sigma and Lean role roadmap within stipulated timelines

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Excellent command over MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills
• Knowledge of Six-Sigma/DMAIC approach (Yellow Belt certified or Green Belt trained preferred)
