About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete training consistent with the established accelerated leadership program
- Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations
- Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with safety and security policies
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Support employee training, development, and performance management
- Partner with the Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Experience in a leadership role or supervising others
- Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
- Experience using timekeeping or CRM systems
- Associate's degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
