About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the dental assistant team
- Manage front desk operations and oral surgery assisting tasks
- Assist with surgery day preparation 1-2 days per week
- Maintain a fast-paced and organized clinical environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of oral surgery dental assisting experience
- Knowledge of front desk operations for oral surgery
- Strong leadership skills and willingness to work hands-on with the team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fun personality with a desire to work with patients and staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish speaking skills
