Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and coach a well-rounded team of Sales Associates
• Train employees on company policies, procedures, and job duties
• Lead by example to achieve store sales goals and track performance
• Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships to exceed expectations
• Manage store and warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy
• Develop staff schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel
• Educate customers on tile products and the installation process
• Provide customers with timely updates on product delivery status

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail management experience
• Proven previous sales experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
• Must have weekend availability
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a sense of design

• Previous experience in a related field
