Assistant Manager – Talent Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing people-related opportunities and challenges.
• Own and drive goal-setting, performance reviews, calibration, and talent review processes.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and offboarding.
• Maintain audit readiness through strong documentation, process governance, and policy compliance.
• Develop people dashboards and workforce analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, performance, and productivity.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve HR efficiency and reporting.
• Support HRBP initiatives for US-based teams to ensure consistent people practices across geographies.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
• 4–7 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or HR Generalist roles.
• Proven experience supporting business teams in high-growth, technology, healthcare, or startup environments.
• Strong exposure to performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
