Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale virtual and on-ground hiring drives
• Manage bulk hiring for Operations and frontline roles
• Lead and manage a team of HR interns, including task allocation and performance tracking
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Design and roll out effective employee referral bonus programs
• Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and priorities
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong experience in bulk hiring and hiring drive management
• Proven experience managing and mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Ability to conceptualize and execute referral programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
