Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute large-scale virtual and on-ground hiring drives
- Manage bulk hiring for Operations and frontline roles
- Lead and manage a team of HR interns, including task allocation and performance tracking
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Design and roll out effective employee referral bonus programs
- Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and priorities
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and hiring drive management
- Proven experience managing and mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ability to conceptualize and execute referral programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
