Assistant Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily Supply Chain operations, including order flow management, backlog monitoring, and vendor coordination
• Collaborate across internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor operational performance metrics and maintain structured reporting
• Build and maintain tracking tools and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
• Balance workload across teams to maintain productivity and service-level expectations
• Provide leadership presence on the floor to address bottlenecks and resolve issues
• Lead team meetings, operational check-ins, and cross-functional updates
• Support onboarding, training, and coaching initiatives to promote accountability
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Fulfillment
• 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume workflows
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into improvements
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
