Assistant Manager Structural Design

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver complete structural design for projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines to deliver cohesive designs
• Analyze and interpret configurations of fundamental structural components
• Lead planning and design phases of structural engineering projects
• Collaborate with architects to ensure designs are structurally sound and aesthetically aligned
• Create drawings, specifications, and computer models of structures
• Utilize specialized structural analysis software for modeling
• Participate in site visits to ensure adherence to design and good construction practices
• Assist in creating workflow templates to streamline processes

Requirements

• Minimum Graduation or Masters in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years of post-qualification experience in structural design of multi-story buildings
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Staad Pro
• In-depth understanding of design codes including ACI-318, BCP-21, ASCE7-16, AISC, and UBC-97
