About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
  • Supervise employees efficiently and assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including rotating commissary deliveries
  • Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness and maintenance based on company standards
  • Perform other job duties as needed to support store operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Full-time work availability
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous management experience
  • Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment
