About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
- Supervise employees efficiently and assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
- Manage inventory and supplies, including rotating commissary deliveries
- Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness and maintenance based on company standards
- Perform other job duties as needed to support store operations
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Full-time work availability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment
