Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, developing state-of-the-art soccer centers and modern sports complexes. We are a rapidly growing startup providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer environments for leagues, tournaments, and community experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities and develop client relationships to achieve sales goals
- Support sales strategies for leagues, tournaments, rentals, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with team captains, players, and local soccer organizations
- Focus on customer experience, retention, and re-engagement of players
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing soccer programs and facility operations
- Support the General Manager with staff supervision, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Attend weekly management meetings and assist with league nights and event coverage
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, management, or leadership experience
- Experience in soccer, sports, hospitality, events, or facility operations preferred
- Strong understanding of the soccer industry and local market
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- College degree strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills
