Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, developing state-of-the-art soccer centers and modern sports complexes. We are a rapidly growing startup providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer environments for leagues, tournaments, and community experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business opportunities and develop client relationships to achieve sales goals
  • Support sales strategies for leagues, tournaments, rentals, and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with team captains, players, and local soccer organizations
  • Focus on customer experience, retention, and re-engagement of players
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing soccer programs and facility operations
  • Support the General Manager with staff supervision, hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Attend weekly management meetings and assist with league nights and event coverage

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, management, or leadership experience
  • Experience in soccer, sports, hospitality, events, or facility operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of the soccer industry and local market
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • College degree strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language skills
