Assistant Manager, Social Media

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, and execute organic social activity across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Collaborate with Social, Brand Marketing, and Creative teams to execute social initiatives
• Develop quarterly and monthly content plans, messaging, and assets
• Spearhead the content creator program, including strategy, selection, and relationship building
• Lead ideation for social-first content from inception to execution
• Monitor social trends and competitor insights within the luxury beauty space
• Manage content creators, approvals, and asset briefs
• Monitor performance metrics and develop regular reports and strategy recommendations
• Oversee publishing and community management to increase engagement
• Support internal social shoots with creative briefs and call sheets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of social or marketing experience
• Experience managing monthly content calendars for Instagram and TikTok
• Knowledge of design needs and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Proficiency in social management and analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Meltwater)
• Ability to use data and analytics to influence content strategy
• Ability to work from the Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
